The Arts and Crafts movements of England and the United States in the late Victorian period. Craftsmen-Artists such as William Morris, Frank Lloyd Wright, Dard Hunter, Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Elbert Hubbard integrated lettering into their own unique arts but all share the Arts and Crafts æstetic of hand-craftmanship in an age if industrialism. The Arts & Crafts movement was enormously influential on the works of designers, artists and architects of the 20th century, and inspired the Art Nouveau and Art Deco movements. Visually, there is an overlap in style with its contemporary, Art Nouveau, and it played a role in the founding of Bauhaus and modernism. If you don't see your favorite, send
