I've pulled a lot of the Celtic material from this page and consolidated it with others of similar nature. You can find them, and a bunch of new stuff, in Celtic fonts. I found a great site with a lot of African fonts, now found here.
And now Hispanic flavored fonts, or for those in the US, South of the Border fonts have their own category.
