There are lots. I'm not sure I have them all, as occassionally one will creep out from some archive somewhere. But I've got most of them.
The shareware information on all these fonts say to send money to Columbia University Music Department, as a way of raising funds. Some of these fonts will have "Columbia University" in the copyright info line. They were created by David Rakowski, again towards raising funds for Columbia University
