Per the ReadMe file (included in the zip), these fonts were created and released as "Charity ware" to benefit children with epilepsy. The original website in the readme file is no longer available, but the organization has its own: Epilepsy Toronto. Registration support is no longer required, or supported for that matter, but donations are always welcome.
